A Collins is a classic cocktail combining, gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, soda water and plenty of ice! With notes of Scottish blackberries, Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals adds a fruity sweetness to this deliciously refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn botanicals
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Top with soda
Method
Add the gin, lemon and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
