Inspired by the autumn harvest season, our Red Door Highland Orchard combines the sweetness of wild Scottish blackberries in Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals, with pear liqueur and cloudy apple juice for a deliciously fruity and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn botanicals
- 20ml Xante™ Pear Liqueur
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 50ml cloudy apple juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a fine slice of red apple.
