Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn botanicals
- 100ml Good quality tonic water
- Finely sliced fresh green apple
Method
Build in a balloon glass filled with lots of ice. Garnish with extremely fine slices of fresh green apple.
