A cocktail for the most bloodthirsty of guests, with the bittersweet bite of applejack brandy to complement the fruity blackberries in Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals, topped off with a spooky eyeball surprise!

Ingredients

50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn Botanicals
15ml Applejack Brandy
20ml fresh lemon juice
½ an egg white
10ml Grenadine syrup

Method

Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail and dry shake (without ice), then wet shake (with ice). Fine strain into a chilled coupe before drizzling the (blood-like) grenadine on top. Garnish with eyeballs (made from lychees, blueberries and raspberry jam).
