A ghoulish classic gin sour cocktail, with tart citrus and a dash of liquorice Absinthe if you dare, brought back to life with the rounded blackberry sweetness of Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals.
Ingredients
- 25ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn Botanicals
- 25ml Cointreau
- 25ml Lillet Blanc
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes of Absinthe
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
