Allspice
Winter Botanical
Aromatic and spicy, combining warm overtones of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper, allspice captures the flavours of winter.

Blood Orange
Winter Botanical
Crisp, zesty, with a tart-sweetness, blood orange delivers distinctive top notes of raspberry for a more complex citrus-forward palate.

Hop Blossom
Winter Botanical
Delivering a delicate lemony freshness, hop blossom brings a subtle, grassy top note.

Sultanas
Winter Botanical
With their rich, seasonal fruitiness, the dried-fruit flavour of sultanas gives a rounded taste reminiscent of warm winter puddings.

Sea Buckthorn
Locally Inspired Botanical
These tart, tangy berries have crisp, warming citrus flavours. Sea buckthorn’s aromatic flavour adds fresh, fruity top notes to Red Door Gin.
Sometimes known as ‘sea berries’, sea buckthorn can be found growing wild in Scotland’s coastal fringes.

Juniper Berries
Classic Gin Botanical
Built on a solid foundation of finest juniper berries, our signature note is punchy, piney with a fruity freshness.
Juniper is the base to all gin; the word ‘gin’ derives from the Latin juniperus, meaning juniper. Red Door Gin is classified as a London Dry Gin, meaning its signature note on both the nose and the palate must be juniper.

Angelica Root
Classic Gin Botanical
Angelica root has a warm, earthy flavour with slightly bitter, herbaceous notes. It provides essential bite and a lingering aftertaste, giving Red Door Gin that lusciously long finish.
Angelica root is often regarded as the third major botanical in most gins. Its unique flavour acts as a binding agent, creating harmony between the other complex flavours of our botanicals.

Coriander Seeds
Classic Gin Botanical
Coriander seed is citrusy, nutty and slightly spicy. It delivers zesty notes that are presented towards the end of the palate, adding a delicious depth and complexity to Red Door Gin.
