This simple yet delicious cocktail only requires four ingredients! With fresh, herby basil, and tart citrus lemon flavours that work beautifully with our silky smooth Red Door Highland Gin this is a perfect tipple to sit back and enjoy in the sunshine.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 10 fresh basil leaves
Method
Muddle the basil together with the sugar syrup in the base of a shaker. Add the gin and lemon juice. Shake and fine strain into an ice filled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
