Discover our Floradora
Inspired by a West End show ‘Floradora’ that moved to Broadway in 1900, this tall, pretty-in-pink cocktail combines raspberry, lime, and refreshing ginger beer, the perfect summer pairing with our classic Red Door Gin.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 3 or 4 raspberries
- Top with Ginger Ale
Method
Add the raspberries and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle into a puree. Add the gin and lime juice and shake. Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a raspberry and a slice of lime.
