Our Red Door Apple & Elderflower Collins is a take on the traditional Tom Collins. Combining gin, fresh lemon, elderflower and cloudy apple juice. Creating a refreshing, floral cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 20ml Elderflower cordial
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 50ml cloudy apple juice
- 1 apple
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a highball glass. Garnish with an apple chevron.
