Ingredients
- 35ml Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals
- 25ml brown crème de cacao
- 25ml single cream
- ½ egg white
Method
Add all ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and fine strain into a chilled couple glass. Garnish with shaved nutmeg (or cinnamon if you don’t have any).
