50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals
25ml triple sec
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
½ egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake (with ice) for a further 15 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a twist if lemon.
