Combining the crisp, dry flavours of Red Door Gin with Summer Botanicals and bubbly Prosecco, our Red Door Summer Spritz is a deliciously citrussy summer cocktail. Easy to make and elegantly presented, it’s the perfect welcome drink for a garden gathering.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice , 1 teaspoon simple syrup and 50ml Red Door Gin with Summer Botanicals into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
- Shake well and strain into a Prosecco flute or Coupe
- Top up with Prosecco (watch for the bubbles!)
- Garnish with a twist of orange
