Ingredients
- 35ml Red Door Highland Gin with Summer Botanicals
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 100ml champagne
Method
Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
