Discover our Singapore Sling
A classic, pretty-pink gin-based cocktail, famously created by Raffles Hotel bartender Ngiam Tong Boon, the Singapore Sling is an fresh exotic mix of pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine and cherry liqueur.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 10ml Cherry Liqueur
- 10ml Cointreau
- 5ml Benedictine
- 15ml lime juice
- 5ml grenadine
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 40ml pineapple juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
