Discover our Rossini
Our pretty Red Door Rossini combines fresh strawberries with Prosecco for a sparkling Christmas cocktail.
Ingredients
- 25ml Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 2 Fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- ½ an Egg White (optional)
- Top with Prosecco
Method
Add first three ingredients to the base of a cocktail shaker and muddle together to create a syrup. Add the lemon juice (and egg white if using) and shake with ice. Fine strain into a champagne glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a slice of strawberry/ twist of orange.
