Red Door Red Snapper

Tall and refreshing, spicy and savoury, our Red Snapper combines tomato juice, Worcester sauce and a dash of fiery Tabasco to taste, for the perfect festive brunch cocktail.
Ingredients
- 25ml Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals
- 100ml Tomato Juice
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- Between 1 and 10 drops of Tabasco Sauce (1 for very mild, 10 for VERY spicy)
- 3 grinds of Black Pepper
- A pinch of celery salt
- A dash of port
Method
Add everything except the port to a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. ‘Rock and Roll’ the shaker – slowly turning it end over end (without shaking) for 30 seconds. Fine strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled highball glass rimmed with celery salt and pepper. Add a splash of port and garnish with a nice bushy celery stick and another turn of black pepper.
