Our Red Door take on this New Orleans classic is tall and deliciously creamy. A light and airy foam flavoured drink with delicate floral notes of orange blossom water, this cocktail is ready in two (vigorous) shakes.

Ingredients

50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml fresh lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
2 drops orange blossom water
2 drops vanilla extract
25ml single cream
½ egg white
Top with soda water

Method

Shake all ingredients (except the soda) in a cocktail shaker without any ice. Then add ice and shake again. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with orange and mint.
