Spice up your Halloween with Snow White’s Evil Queen of cocktails, a magic combination of cinnamon syrup and tart apple juice to complement the rich jammy blackberries of Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn Botanicals
  • 50ml Cloudy Apple juice
  • 20ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 20ml Lime Juice

Method

Add first four ingredients with ice to shaker and shake. Fine strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Spike with 3 dashes of bitters. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
