60ml Red Door Highland Gin
5ml Dry Vermouth
2 drops of orange bitters (optional)
Fill a mixing glass to the brim with cubed ice. Add the gin, vermouth, and bitters (if using) and stir for a couple of minutes. Fine strain into a well-chilled martini glass and garnish with olives or a twist of pink grapefruit.
