Try Red Door’s festive twist on the classic White Russian cocktail by adding the warmth of lightly spiced gingerbread syrup to creamy coffee flavours.
Stir first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled ‘Old Fashioned’ glass. Add the single cream to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain the single cream into the glass, being careful to pour it directly onto a rock of ice, creating a layered effect. Garnish with a strawberry and a dusting of nutmeg.
