Perfect with brunch, the Breakfast Martini brings the distinctive sweet bitterness of marmalade with Cointreau’s crisp orange and tart lemon juice that works so beautifully with Red Door Gin’s signature notes of juniper and bitter orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon of orange marmalade

Method

Add the gin and marmalade to the base of a cocktail shaker and stir to dissolve. Add in the other ingredients and shake. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a slice of toast.
