Named after the flagship 20th Century Limited passenger train that ran between NYC and Chicago, our Red Door Gin take on this classic cocktail transports you to a golden age of sophistication, perfectly balancing sweet Lillet Blanc with the bright citrus of fresh lime and a smooth chocolatey finish.
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 25ml White Crème de Cacao
- 25ml Lillet Blanc
- 10ml fresh lime juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.
