Discover our Lychee & Lemongrass Martini
The elegant cocktail is a twist on the classic martini, mixing the fresh flavours of lemon juice and lemongrass with sweet, fruity, and aromatic lychee liqueur, pairing perfectly with Red Door Gin’s signature notes of juniper and bitter orange peel. It’s the ideal tipple to welcome in the Chinese New Year!
Ingredients
- 50ml Red Door Highland Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Lychee Liqueur
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 3cm of Lemongrass
Method
Muddle the lemongrass and sugar syrup in the base of a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients with ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemongrass.
