A classic for a festive party, a drink to be enjoyed and shared with friends, Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals is the perfect partner for a deliciously spicy, aromatic punch.

Serve in a highball glass, preferably taken from the fridge or freezer
Take your highball glass and add good quality fresh ice
Add 2 parts Red Door Gin with Winter Botanicals, 1 part ginger liqueur or ginger syrup and 1 part red vermouth
Top with 6 parts lemonade
Gently stir and garnish with a blood orange wedge
