Discover our Martini

Silky-smooth, sophisticated and deceptively simple to make, the Martini is a true test of a gin’s quality and balance.

  • Serve in a martini glass, preferably taken from the fridge or freezer
  • Take a mixing glass and fill with good quality fresh ice
  • Add 5 parts of Red Door Gin, 1 part good quality dry white vermouth and optionally a tiny drop of salt solution
  • Stir for at least 30 seconds
  • Strain into your chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with a twist of citrus-we recommend a grapefruit twist to complement Red Door Gin's bittersweet flavour
