The Red Door Martini

5 parts Red Door Highland Gin 1 part good quality dry white vermouth and optionally a tiny drop of salt solution.

The most elegant of cocktails and arguably the true test of a gin’s quality and balance, a Martini must be served artic-cold. Chill your glasses and keep your favourites in the freezer.

Take a mixing glass and fill with good quality ice.

Stir for at least 30 seconds and strain into the chilled glass

Garnish with a twist of citrus to complement Red Door’s distinctive bittersweet flavour – we love a grapefruit twist, but a good quality lemon will also work
