Discover our Rabbit Sour
Sweet and sour! The deliciously aromatic Red Door Rabbit Sour is about to become your new favourite. This cocktail will delight your palate with sweet hibiscus syrup, zesty lemon juice and the spiced herbal aromas of Angostura Bitters. Topped with a light, airy foam.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of orange and edible gold leaf.
*To make hibiscus syrup: brew half a cup of hibiscus tea, add 1 cup of sugar and stir to dissolve. Store in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
