Easy to make and elegantly presented with a garnish of raspberries or a strawberry, it’s the perfect welcome drink for any seasonal party.

Looking for a classy cocktail for toasting Christmas and welcoming 2019? Join us as we Open The Doors to a beautiful new year!

Ingredients

3cl Red Door Gin

2 dashes simple syrup

1.5cl lemon juice

6cl Prosecco

1 raspberry or strawberry for garnish

Preparation

Combine Red Door Gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass.

Top with Prosecco.

Stir gently and garnish with red fruit of your choice.

The Red Dove

What better combination than gin and tart, tangy grapefruit!

The Red Dove is our Red Door Gin festive spin on the Paloma cocktail. Typically, a Paloma cocktail is made with tequila but we find it is truly delicious with gin – but then, what isn’t?!

The word ‘paloma’ is Spanish for ‘dove’ and, especially at this time of the year, doves symbolise peace and harmony. This makes The Red Dove a very apt name for this simple-but-mouthwatering combination.

Try your hand at the cocktail that promises to make any gathering a colourful success.
