When made well, a G&T is fresh, fragrant and the perfect cocktail to enhance a gin’s delicate flavour. It’s said that the ideal strength for a G&T is 14% alcohol, which is why Red Door works beautifully every time using the magic ratio of one part gin to two parts tonic water.

Serve in a balloon glass, preferably taken from the fridge or freezer
Fill your balloon glass with good quality, fresh ice
Add 1 part of Red Door Gin
Top with 2 parts good quality tonic water
Finish with a garnish of your choice—we recommend fresh raspberries or a slice of tart grapefruit to accentuate Red Door Gin’s botanicals
