Our Autumn Royale is our Red Door take on the classic Kir Royale, using the mellow, fruity notes of wild Scottish blackberries in Red Door Gin with Autumn Botanicals along with fresh blackberries to create a rich, fruity cocktail base. Topped with champagne and garnished with a blackberry and a lemon twist, it’s an elegant aperitif for your autumnal dinner parties.

Ingredients

25ml Red Door Highland Gin with Autumn Botanicals
10ml Sugar syrup
10ml Fresh lemon juice
2-3 Fresh blackberries
Top with champagne

Method

Add the blackberries and sugar syrup to the base of a shaker and muddle into a puree. Add the gin, lemon and ice and shake. Fine strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon twist.
