Inspired by long Scottish summer evenings, our Forres Fizz, beautifully complements the fruity, floral notes of Red Door Gin with Summer Botanicals. With fresh flavours of cucumber and mint, it’s a deliciously refreshing cocktail to accompany a summer bbq.

Pour 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of simple syrup and 50ml of Red Door Gin with Summer Botanicals into a cocktail shaker and add ice
Shake until cold and pour into a Collins glass
Add ice and top up with soda water to taste
Garnish with mint leaves and a cucumber ribbon
