A unique twist on a traditional G&T with the fresh flavour of basil complementing the rich citrus notes of our Red Door Highland Gin with Winter Botanicals, it’s our new festive favourite.

  • Serve in a balloon glass, preferably taken from the fridge or freezer
  • Fill your balloon glass with good quality, fresh ice
  • Add 1 part Red Door Gin with Winter Botanicals
  • Top with 2 parts good quality tonic water
  • Add a dash of lime juice
  • Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of basil
